RETURN POLICY
Our commitment to customer satisfaction We've survived for years by word-of-mouth and we want you to be saying good things about us. If you have any problem with your new purchase (and you would like to return it), all we ask is that you call or email us for a return authorization number. Then send it back, and we will replace it free of charge, excluding shipping and handling. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used, excluding shipping and handling. If you would like an alternate item as an exchange, please submit a new order on our website.
All UNUSED product returns must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date and returned in the original packaging – please include original receipt with your return.
All packages must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Any purchase made at a retail store must be returned to the retailer. Only web orders may be returned to us.
We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.
Please purchase tracking and insurance on your returned item or send via a carrier that automatically covers your package, such as UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us.
